Shipping Information:

90% of orders ship via FedEx, directly to your door. If FedEx cannot deliver to your home you may want to alert us with the comment on your order or place your order by phone instead. Very small parts and international orders may ship via USPS. We will try to ship your order the same day or the day after we receive it but keep in mind, we are only operational Tuesday through Friday. Orders that require expedited shipping should be phoned in. Most orders will arrive 7-10 business days after they are placed.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policy:

All returns must be accompanied by an RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER which we will provide via phone or email once contacted. Returns on items delivered more than 30 days prior will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns on items delivered more than 90 days prior will not be accepted. Customers returning items returned within 30 days of delivery with a proper R.A. number are welcome to a full refund (minus the original shipping cost unless an incorrect item was sent) or an exchange. Cancellations can be made via phone call or email and will be accepted on all orders not yet sent.
